Emergency Medical Alert Program
The Emergency Medical Assistance Program (EMAP) installs personal medical alerts, free of charge, for adults over 60 years of age – or disabled persons living alone – who are alone during the day or in danger of falling. This system works through a telephone landline and includes a pendant worn around the neck that calls 911 at the push of a button.
There is no installation charge or monthly fee. The program is funded solely through donations.
