Supported Living Program

After admission to RRCSB services, Case Managers refer eligible individuals to the Supported Living Program as appropriate.

The Supported Living Program provides residential supports for adults with mental illnesses and/or intellectual disabilities in their own homes. The hours and types of support provided are based on the individual’s assessed needs.

A 24-hour residential program is provided for adults with mental illnesses and/or intellectual disabilities in a community based, family-like setting. Sponsored Placement providers are contractual employees of the RRCSB-AAA.

Group Homes

After admission to RRCSB services, Case Managers refer eligible individuals to Intensive Residential Services as appropriate.

RRCSB-AAA operates a number of Group Homes for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illnesses. These homes have staff available on site 24 hours per day.

Rental Assistance Program

Contact the Rental Assistance Agent at 540-825-3100 to schedule an intake appointment.

The Rental Assistance Program provides housing subsidies to assure that eligible elderly, disabled and low-income families are able to live in safe, affordable housing. Subsidized housing through the rental assistance program is provided in locations selected by the consumer/tenant himself and reflects personal and cultural preferences. Admission to the Rental Assistance program is dictated by regulations established by HUD and VHDA. Applications are accepted by the Rental Assistance Agent and maintained in chronological order of acceptance. Rental Assistance vouchers, when available, are issued to families on the waiting list.

Leaflin Lane Apartments are subsidized one-bedroom units in Culpeper available for rental to persons age 62 and older who meet the low-income criteria established by HUD.
