Residential and Housing Services: Sponsored Placement

Sponsored Placement – Behavioral Health Residential Services is a 24-hour residential program for adults with mental illness in a community based, family-like setting. Sponsored placement providers are contractual employees of the RRCSB-AAA.

Eligible individuals must be age 18 or over, have a primary diagnosis of serious mental illness, have a need for 24 hour supports, and have Medicaid or other funding to cover the sponsored placement costs.

The individual cannot have any current behaviors deemed to be a danger to self or others.

After admission to RRCSB-AAA services, Behavioral Health Case Management refers eligible individuals to Behavioral Health Residential Services as appropriate.

Sponsored Placement – Intellectual Disability Residential Services is a 24-hour residential program for adults with intellectual disabilities in a community based, family-like setting. Sponsored placement providers are contractual employees of the RRCSB-AAA.

Eligible individuals must be age 18 or over, have a diagnosis of intellectually disabled, and have a Medicaid Intellectual Disability Waiver slot to cover the group home costs.
