A Medication Assistance Caseworker assists eligible individuals to access free medications through pharmaceutical companies’ Prescription Assistance Programs.
Eligible individuals must be over age 18 with limited income and no insurance coverage for medications. Medicare recipients may be eligible if they have reached the Part D “doughnut hole.”
