Full-time position that supervises and provides oversight of Intellectual Disability Programs (Case Management, Day Support, and Group Homes); Program development and ensuring programs meet client needs within regulatory requirements; Acts as Liaison and Program Administrator; Thorough knowledge of services, benefits and programs available for clients and ability to assess and restructure delivery of same to meet client needs; A bachelor’s degree in human services or related filed, and at least 6 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual disability or other development disabilities; some supervisory and management experience is required. Incumbent needs to be a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP). Possession of an appropriate driver’s licensed valid in the Commonwealth of Virginia is required. Salary is $52,026.00 annually.
